Menhir
Thirteen Moons & a Black Hole
The album presents itself as an exercise in observing and exploring lunar cycles and other cosmic objects such as black holes. To achieve this, the artists collaborated with physicists from the Autonomous University of Madrid, interpreting their observations into the album’s compositions.
The result is a static dance between analog synthesizers, massive sound processing, and the ethereal voice of Coco Moya. Each track feels like an event that we not only hear but also touch with our skin. This album invites the listener to synchronize with the lunar pulse and immerse themselves in its gravitational rhythm.
