Hot on the heels of the release of her rather excellent My Friend LP, Chloe Raunet once again dons the C.A.R guise for a trip down Remix Avenue.

The headline attraction is undoubtedly the A-side rework of "Glock'd" by Andrew Weatherall and Timothy J Fairplay's Asphodells project. Predictably, there's something alien and otherworldly about their remix, which laces drowsy chords and foreboding, minimal wave electronics over a pitched-down, glam-rock style triple-beat groove. Manfredas opt for a druggier feel on their stylish, clanking, Mascara-heavy rework of "Angelina", utilizing plenty of the Kate Bush style elements from Raunet's excellent original version.
